Gas hobs are one of the more common and traditional types of hob, and for good reason. They provide instant heat and offer the ability to lift and tilt the pan, while still getting heat, giving you versatility whilst cooking. 


Ceramic hobs provide a modern look to your kitchen and are a very popular choice in many newer kitchens. They offer a minimal look and look great in modern kitchens. They are also extremely easy to clean, in comparison to a gas hob. This is because of the flat design, they can be simply wiped clean whenever required, making the cleaning process much easier. 


Induction hobs work by creating a magnetic field between the induction element and the hob, only heating the pan and not the hob. This makes it one of the safer choices from all 4 hobs, due to minimising the chances of a burn. This hob type also cools down extremely fast. Not to mention, they look very slick and modern, perfect for a minimalistic and new kitchen.
